I prefer this method, as I am an After Effects user, and this is very similar to the AE workflow, so it blends seamlessly into my HitFilm Pro workflow. The method that I prefer is to head to the effects tab, and sort through the categories of effects you have to find the one you need. Once you have a clip in your timeline, and are ready to add an effect to it, there are a couple of ways you can do it. In this lesson, I want to start talking about Effects, and how you can add them to elements in your timelines! In our last lesson, in our look at learning HitFilm Pro 2017, we talked about Clip-based Parameters, and how you’re going to adjust them inside of your timeline.
